About us

In 2005 we opened our flagship Italian restaurant and pizzeria, Wallace’s Taverna. Located in Dublin’s Italian Quarter and overlooking the River Liffey, Wallace's Taverna offers the complete Italian dining experience in a comfortable elegant setting in the heart of the city.

We source our fresh food locally in Ireland and take pride in using quality Italian ingredients, such as Petra flour from Molino Quaglia, artisan cheeses from Beppino Occelli, EVO oil Feudotto and many more. The result of this and more is our menu. Our passion for finding the best produce extends also to our wine list with more than 100 wines on the list, all imported directly from small producers in Italy.
